How we process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Spanish law.

Privacy Policy

Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).

1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

We process the data you provide to us directly through:

  • Contact form: name, company, email address, phone number and enquiry.
  • Distributor registration request: company data (VAT number, business activity, sector, website), main contact details and billing address.
  • Partner Portal: access credentials (email, encrypted password) and platform activity (orders, quotes, incidents).

3. Purpose and legal basis

Enquiry management

Responding to requests submitted through the contact form. Legal basis: consent of the data subject (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

Distributor registration and management

Processing access to the Partner Portal, managing the commercial relationship and fulfilling contractual obligations. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Legal and tax obligations

Compliance with tax, commercial and fraud prevention regulations. Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).

4. Data retention

Data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected. Distributor data will be retained for the duration of the agreement and, once terminated, for the legally required periods (5 years for commercial documentation and 6 years for tax records).

5. Recipients and transfers

We do not share personal data with third parties except as required by law. We use technology providers who act as data processors under agreements required by the GDPR:

  • Hosting infrastructure — servers located within the European Union.
  • Transactional email service — for sending confirmations and notifications.

We do not transfer data to third countries outside the European Economic Area unless adequate safeguards exist in accordance with Article 46 GDPR.

6. Use of cookies

This website uses exclusively technical and session cookies necessary for the operation of the Partner Portal (authentication and session maintenance). We do not use tracking cookies, third-party analytics or behavioural advertising.

7. Your rights

You may exercise the following rights by contacting privacidad@lumoss.pro:

  • Access: to know what data we process about you.
  • Rectification: to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure: to request deletion of your data when it is no longer necessary.
  • Objection and restriction: to object to processing or request that it be restricted.
  • Portability: to receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
  • Withdrawal of consent: you may withdraw it at any time without retroactive effect.

If you believe your rights have not been properly addressed, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
